Oxtails with Jamaican rice and beans. I bought and froze these oxtails several months ago. Having the meat in my freezer came in handy today as I'm working the night shift for the next two weeks and didn't feel like going out to grab food.
Crunchy dijon chicken, string beans/zuke/egg plant and grilled tomatoes with goat cheese.
DH will cook, I spent all morning making chili for camping.

Leftovers - SO changed last night's dinner to thick chops sauteed with onions/garlic/mushrooms in white wine and finished with cream. Basmati and rabbit food.
Tonight mango butter chicken cooked with spices and herbs in mango curry.Served with chapatis, basmati rice and lime pickle.To drink India pale ale.For dessert gulab jamun with a cup of masala tea.
