Gonna grill a couple boneless chicken breasts and slice them over a nice big green salad.
Of course, glass of pinot grigio on the side!

I had a small prime rib steak (in my basement freezer since February 2017 ) with about 1/4 avocado (tastes great with meat/poultry/fish/everything!) and a large corn on the cob (bought today and it tasted like it was PICKED today -- totally delicious and probably my last corn on the cob of the summer).

Despite its age, the steak was great although VERY slightly overcooked -- I did just 6 minutes in the air fryer but probably should have gone with 5 or 5-1/2 because it was so small. But I gobbled it down anyway. Kitties were hovering!

Your husband's steak salad in particular looks amazing! And I never would have thought of that combo but I bet it tasted wonderful.

I had a leftover-from-frozen pasta dish. It was fine, quite tasty, but now I want Magic's husband's salad ...
Yes my husband's salad was delicious and I was jealous! Tonight, after a bit of nagging, he is recreating that salad for our dinner tonight. He will change the steak tips for some leftover lamb I had in the freezer.
