Lettuce wraps made with ground chicken from a recipe I found online from PJ Changs. Delicious! Not too hard to make.. For desert we had a small square of dark chocolate and green grapes.
Tonight we'll have chickpea pasta with Rao's sauce.
We love the Rao's as it has no flaky ingredients nor any sugar. But there is bad news as Rao's was just bought by Campbells Soup which raises fears that Campbells will mess with the recipes and add sugar to sweeten it up like they do with Prego. Rao's uses olive oil which is quite healthy while Prego uses canola oil which is a cheap industrial highly processed seed oil that causes inflammation.
I stopped at my Safeway today, found Rao's on sale, so I bought four jars.
