Butternut squash soup (cold) with yogurt and dill. Husband made dinner but I baked the squash 2 days ago then blended it and put it through sieve, best soup ever.
Chicken salad with celery, walnuts and apple. Dressing was Duke's mayo with touch of coarse mustard and Duke's BBQ sauce (Carolina Gold).
