This is one of the pizzas we ordered. It's the DOLCE VITA
tomato sauce, wilted spinach, fresh mozzarella, california dried figs, gorgonzola, prosciutto, parmesan topped with rosemary infused olive oil. I had an Allagash White to drink.
That's a very nice-looking pizza, making me hungry :-)

Magic, your pizza picture made me drool, LOL!

I had pizza too but mine wasn't quite as good as yours ...

That's Target's Good & Gather brand goat cheese & spinach pizza. It was OK, just not spectacular, and when I splurge on pizza I want it to be something I LOVE, not just like OK. I added diced onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes -- LOTS of tomatoes, as the pizza didn't appear to have much sauce so it was a bit dry -- and those helped a lot. Totally veggie though (not that that's an issue! ).

I will have the rest of it on Tuesday (tomorrow is a soup day, yay ). They call 1/4 of the rather small pizza a "serving" -- HA! I had half of it and was full THEN.

Magic that pizza is something else.
I haven’t had a pie like that in years.

Cat, I’m a big fan of using vodka in my sauces.

Decadent meal tonight - St. Louis pork ribs with Memphis style seasoning cooked on the charcoal grill, Elgin beef sausage and potato salad. Had to serve some sliced avocado to get something green on the plate. .

Great Central Texas fare. If I could, I'd have been down there in three hours.
