I have in number one slow cooker chole/brown chickpeas with urad daal/black gram split cooking,making later on the tadka/Indian spices blending in oil until fragrant,then added to the soup.Served with chapatis,mango or lime pickle and tomato/onion slices.To drink lassi.In number two slow cooker is kheer simmering slowly and at the end I will add my secret ingredient as well rosewater,crushed green cardamom and some roasted almond slices. For dessert kheer/rice pudding and a cup of unsweetened masala tea.
