PictSweet baby lima beans with potatoes and country ham, and cantaloupe for dessert.
I looked for cantaloupe or the Gali’s melon the last time I was out shopping. Could not find either one. Might be going out tomorrow. I’ll look again .
We all had a super busy day so I scrambled this morning to put together a slow cooker meal. I didn't have much but I did have stew beef and chili ingredients. So I made a beef chili. It was pretty good for a throw together meal!
Dessert: baked apple brushed with butter, a sprinkle of lemon juice, ginger, cloves, a sprinkle of turbinado sugar, and raisins... and some vanilla ice cream.
I had a leftover brisket burger, which was amazing both the first time and the second time around. Husband had leftover pork roast with random leftover veggies and tater tots. I am not throwing this food away!

Sounds good :-) What is brisket burger? Is that smoked brisket that's ground up? Or raw brisket meat that's ground up and then grilled?
DH and I split a ribeye that I cooked in the sous vide and finished on the grill. I put a couple of shrimp on the grill too so we had a surf and turf. We didn’t want a heavy potato side so I made this with some Brussels sprouts that were lurking in the vegetable drawer. I also heated up some leftover asparagus.
