Tonight at the Case abode: It's only fitting that Memorial Day sees me having hamburgers, and they'll be sided with macaroni salad. I might get out some steak sauce just to be different.
Mussels sauteed with garlic, cherry tomatoes, white wine, lemon and pesto, over chickpea spaghetti... salad of spring mix, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms with French vinagrette dressing.
So many good meals posted. I’m more than full. We were going to do our Aidels sausage on the outdoor grill but Mr C said he couldn’t get it started. It’s not like I haven’t asked him about it more than once in the past week. Not one of his “priorities”. He does a pretty decent job with the Optigrill though. Greens salad with shredded carrots, mushrooms, diced cherry tomatoes and 2 each mini sweet peppers. Vinaigrette dressing. Finished off the cole slaw and macaroni salad, baked potato and Snapple Apple.
