What’s for Dinner

A big bowl of mixed rabbit food with sliced apple and cream/onion dressing, pork chops off the grill, fresh bread. It is so hot we may not need the grill.

Fresh homemade salmon patties,lemon wedges,dill yogurt sauce and a tossed green salad.To drink lemon water.For dessert Zwetschgendatschi/plum cake with homemade whipping cream and a cup of black coffee.

Pork chop seared then baked with garlic butter, spinach salad and couscous.

We're having leftover fried chicken and I'll make some mashed pos and mac n cheese...plus, canned limas and jarred gravy. Don't judge me!

I made a Thai red chile curry sauce and I'm going to steam some mussels in it and serve over noodles. Eggrolls too.
