Thought of you.....my creation, Mexican Goulash

1 can Frijoles (Refried beans)

Leftover taco meat with beans, diced green chilies, salsa; top with cheddar cheese

Will serve with small flour tortillas, garden salad

Leftover chicken breast with orange sauce and fried rice.

Shake & Bake spicy chicken wings, green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy.

Leftover meatloaf, noodles, carrots, chocolate cookie.

3 baby back barbecued pork spare ribs with brown rice and green beans.

Another garlic butter fried and quick baked pork chop with some couscous and spinach salad.

Fresh cherries, arugula, and farrow salad with goat cheese crumbles. The rest of the zucchini and yellow squash bake.

Then we split a chocolate bomb.

I have a chicken breast marinating in a ginger-miso sauce. We'll have that with rice & whatever vegetable mix I find in freezer. Fresh fruits for later.
