Running errands on Taco Tuesday, so along the way, it was Rosa's Cafe for reduced-price ground beef tacos (soft), rice, refrieds, flour tortillas, and iced tea. I'll soon do some heavy cooking for some folks at work for tomorrow's lunch gathering.
I had 4 meatballs in the freezer in Rao's sauce so I took those out and added a link of hot Italian sausage - served over angel hair pasta and with garlic bread and a salad.
