Small glass of white wine.

Dessert: I have a small slice from cake and scoop of Breyers brownie ice cream.

Filet mignon, baked Yukon gold potato and Brussels sprouts sautéed in brown butter.

Tonight at the Case abode: Italian meatballs with chunky tomato sauce (extra green peppers) and sided with steamed, buttered, whole Brussels sprouts.

Broiled T-bone steaks with salad and mashed potatoes. Cabernet Sauvignon to drink and tiramisu for dessert.

Pinto beans with a very meaty ham bone, onions/celery/carrots, froofroo corn bread with cheese and bacon on the bottom of the pan. Lazy cook's delight.
I will make up with desert. Maybe bit size pecan pies with Braum's Vanilla ice cream.
How about desert first?
