Tonight's dinner was vegetarian: roasted butternut squash turned into creamy soup with sauteed yellow onion, turkey stock and small amount of cream, blended it up. Entree was linguine topped with sauteed yellow squash, yellow onions, mushrooms and some of the butternut squash.

I love butternut squash so much I buy some every week at 99 cents/lb to stockpile for winter. Put them in the garage fridge. Have to cook one every week or no room for more.

Still a very fine place for roast beef.
Oh do you remember when you walked in and the big beef was there in front and they sliced it off? 1970s
Am I imagining this?

I had a breakfast bar, because last night I had a massive T-bone and baked potato with vegetable medley. I didn't eat anything at all today but that breakfast bar and coffee, lol.
