Oh, oh... been in bed all day with a slight sore throat & a head that feels like a pumpkin. If it's a cold, I can't imagine what happened... haven't been sick since a teen & I still hide in my house like we're in lockdown.

So, I'm glad I have homemade broth in the freezer. Was trying to remember the feed a cold, starve a fever line, but I'm not hungry, so do you force-feed a cold?

Off to make the noodles...

Fennel and quinoa mixed with mushrooms, onions and cabbage. And some sliced beef tenderloin for protein.

Errands ran way too long. So the pizza tomorrow. I have a couple of cauliflower vegetarian pizzas I might pull out. While that will be two nights of pizza, they are NOT similar.

We are in the pre-trip eat down the fridge mode for the next week, so dinners will be getting weird.

Pizza is always good no matter what's on them. Hat is off to the both of you. Great stuff!
