I've got a queasy stomach, so dinner will be a few cups of cooked spinach with a bit of salt & butter.

I saw a yummy-looking recipe on Cooking at Pam's Place the other day. Sausage wrapped in cabbage leaves, with a chunky salsa filling. Going to try it. I would think grilling the sausage beforehand might enhance?

Tonight I had tri-color couscous with roasted scallions and garlic cloves, with broccoli. Smoothie to drink: water, kefir, banana, vanilla protein powder and chia seeds, flaxseed meal and hulled hemp seeds, with a dash of amber blue agave nectar. I think next time I will combine some rice with the couscous. It was a little nutty for my taste.
