Gonna slap a New york strip steak on the grill. Prices have gone up so much this year.

I've included my last few nights of meals.

One night I was part of an international delegation that ate at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Honolulu (the ribeye and what's left of the bread pudding are from there), the second meal is a kalbi ribs/shrimp/pork plate from a local joint in Honolulu, and the final meal is a homemade dinner of Korean BBQ chicken/asparagus/rice.

Chili Relleno Casserole, topped with homemade Cowboy Candy (Ancho's & Jalapeno's from the garden, eggs from the backyard coop), Purple Thai Jasmine rice.
