Lots of great dinners in the last few days -- I've been perusing recent pages!
Tonight I am going to finish 2 small leftovers ... I have a tiny bit of curry chicken from a couple of nights ago plus half a teriyaki chicken thigh from last night. (Sounds like kind of a weird combination, though, huh? )
Most of my meals lately have been chicken (ha! I wonder why? ) but at least you can mix it up with different sauces etc.!
Oh, and the pizza-with-corn-on-the-cob post reminded me that I just bought a couple of ears so I should plan to eat those soon! That will be with, um, chicken with rosemary-garlic seasoning. Maybe tomorrow!

Tonight at the Case abode: Chili and cheese burritos made with fresh-griddled flour tortillas, and sided with Spanish rice. Also took a couple of flour tortillas and melted some butter inside....
I made baked acorn squash with raisins, brown sugar and butter. Also fried pork chops with Jesben Hawaiian sauce. The Jesben sauces are very good, if your store carries them. It would be super good with chicken, too.
