Last night we went to downtown Greenville to Gather. It is an area that has multiple shipping containers made into various restaurants. Hen & Dough, Pasta Factory, Mercado, etc. They have a Philly cheese and steak place, burgers, Asian, etc. They are in the shape of a square and in the inner part there is seating and some small play areas for children. There is a stage for various musical acts too.
We had pasta, fried ravioli, and garlic bread with marinara. It was very good! Then we split some vinegar fries, also good.
Haven't had it yet, but planning on pumpernickel bread sandwiches with havarti cheese slices, kalamati olives, sauteed zucchini and yellow squash slices, onion, sliced tomato and cucumber.
Also some Mediterranean mint sorbet (Talenti brand).
ribeyes, sweet onions and corn on the cob on the grill, fresh tomatoes. peaches & cream for dessert.
