Last night was seared scallops, asparagus and salad with veggies.
Tonight is clean out the fridge night so it will be, one artichoke (mine), air fried tofu with sauce TBD, and air fried radishes dusted with ranch dressing mix.

We bought some filet mignons on sale recently and DH wanted steak so I put those in the sous vide, finished off on the grill and we had Mexican corn and a nice garden salad to go with them.
Pulled pork, potato salad and a large wedge of key lime pie.
