I swapped asparagus last night for Brussels sprouts I forgot I had. I sauté them in brown butter and then steam them with a little chicken broth- so good.
Tonight we are having the asparagus with a big fat ribeye (because I’ve been missing my beef) and a potato on the side.
We were out and about exploring The Pioneer Valley area of Massachusetts. We stopped for a late lunch here https://www.zacksbbqma.com/ It is so hard to find great BBQ in New England so we were thrilled at how great this place was. I had the two meat platter. I decided on brisket and burnt ends. I will have the leftovers for a late night snack!

Tonight I just had comfort food ... pork tenderloin cut into medallions and cooked on the stovetop (takes literally 5 minutes) plus mashed potatoes with pork gravy ...
It was very tasty and I have a lot left for tomorrow. Love these meals that take, you know, 10-15 minutes.
