I have the Sunday gravy Simmering on the stove, I browned some pork ribs and added that. I also made made meatballs and they went in the sauce too seasoned them with bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, basil, egg and grated cheese. I pot mine in raw. This is what my grandma did. With it we will have fresh cheese ravioli's that I bought at the Italian market yesterday.
SO asked for ribeye and the never ending spaghetti aglio I olio I pepperocini. Cayenne as still producing and I will be in Parmesan heaven instead. He may have to scarification a Sunday bottle.
Trying to empty out my way-too-packed freezer again. Took out some frozen ravioli and some frozen homemade bolognese sauce. We'll have that with a side of steamed broccoli that we'll toss with garlic, lemon, olive oil and parmesan cheese. A nice glass of red and it'll be an easy-peasy dinner.
