Cabbage seems to be the hot ticket item these days with the cool Fall temps creeping in.
Tonight we are having un-stuffed cabbage soup made in the InstantPot, some leftover colcannon, fresh rye bread and baked apples for dessert.

Chopped Brisket, potato salad & air fried mushrooms❗️ excellent BBQ from from a food truck that’s rated better than all of the local BBQ restaurants. Not healthy but it will make your taste buds do a happy dance.

Steak strips, rice & stir fry kale, garlic & broccoli. Might also put some mushrooms with the steak.
