Rainy and overcast here so made a crockpot full of great northern beans with lots of ham, onion, celery and carrots. Made a big pan of cornbread and will cook some fresh rice. We will have a big garden salad with this -- I also felt inspired to use up the leftover flour to make some peanut butter/oatmeal cookies. It's country cooking day!
Something with chicken breasts not feeling inspired to cook tonight. Last night we had Chinese takeout.
