I made a huge rotini pasta salad with loads of chopped vegetables - broccoli, celery, carrot, baby peppers, red onion, snap peas, black olives, and artichoke hearts, plus thinly sliced mini-salamis and chunks of Gouda. Dressed it with mustard vinaigrette.

Chicken drumsticks in bbq soy glaze, also a can of ranch style beans.

Tonight I made a sandwich with sliced roast chicken breast, Swiss cheese, tomato, pickle slices and a light bbq sauce. It was good.

Elk pot roast with carrots, onions and potatoes in the slow cooker. I made a lot and will make stew with the leftovers.

A pan of oatmeal bars with walnuts and craisins

To me this is a cold weather meal and here it is still plenty cold, wet and windy. We've got something to stick to our ribs. LOL.

I think I'm gonna make a tuna casserole, which is a weird craving for me. No celery, but I do have a small fennel that I think will work well.
