I made tacos ... I think I still like my local Mexican place's tacos better than mine, but mine were still pretty decent (and of course much cheaper to make) ...



I added lettuce at the table. Love avocado on tacos, but I usually don't have any ripe ones (given that they are ripe for about one 10-minute period SOMETIME after you buy them, and you kind of have to GUESS when that will be! ). Anyway, they were quite yummy.

Last night it was grilled chicken breast, potatoes, carrots & creamed spinach with yellow peppers.


Tonight it will be bratwurst, raw sauerkraut, & potatoes with carrots.
