Orange chicken over white rice. Thought I had Basmati, Jasmine or something else similar. Oh well.
Ice tea.

Dessert: couple GS chilled thin mint cookies.

How is that Talenti coconut gelato anyways? I had a couple coupons for it but when DH at store, opted for Turkey Hill Natural. Hopefully, maybe I'll get another coupon for it.

I'm so busy today, it had to be something pre-made. I eat that type of food so seldom (too many allergies), it didn't occur to me that the market wouldn't have much around 10am... 1 box of fried chicken was all that was ready & the women at the deli looked at me like I was a nut for buying chicken at breakfast. Lol, okay, then...

So, all meals today will be fried chicken with the coating tossed & a mixed lettuce-tomato-red cabbage salad with Meyer lemon-olive oil... & tons of ice water flavored with organic lavender, which is my new fave drink.

It is absolutely delicious. Very light -- almost like an ice milk -- but the flavors are rich. I have had the raspberry with chocolate chip, the Carribean Coconut and Pistachio. The coconut is very intense so make sure you like coconut. It is expensive but really good -- I buy it when it is on a good sale. A small amount goes a long way -- with a small cookie on the side.
