DH wanted to grill some Cajun sausage and some shrimp. I wanted to make crawfish stuffed peppers so we are having some of each. I sliced an heirloom tomato and an avocado also.
In spite of the warm weather, I am in the mood for soup. I'm cooking up some in the crockpot with things I have around the house - sliced smoked turkey, great norther beans, frozen vegetables, spinach and broth. Simple but filling. Will serve it with some garlic bread and maybe a side salad.
Fish & shrimp with chips and salad. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale to drink.
