My garden was a mess too this year, due to crazy heat waves. I'm still getting cherry tomatoes and various peppers, but it's been mess.

Nice thick pork chops, garlic cream sauce served over quinoa/spinach, roasted brussel sprouts, cukes and tomatoes with balsamic glaze (TJs).

Cheesecake "fluff" with fruit for dessert (ricotta cheese, greek yogurt, milk, lemon, vanilla and sugar free cheesecake pudding).

Yeah, hot dogs. Smoked, all beef with bakery whole wheat buns and that nasty yellow mustard.

Sauerkraut, onion, green pepper salad and some tangy tarragon potato salad from our daughter.

Chicken breasts stufferd with prosciutto, provolone and spinach with a white wine lemon garlic sauce, asparagus and a TBD carb for DH!
