Labor Day long weekend and I prepared well so I don't have to cook after a long bike ride each day.I made 2 vegetarian pizzas,tandoori chicken,matar paneer,mixed vegetable Pulao,baked Bauernbrot/farmer bread, made granola bars for our cycling tours,baked an Ukrainian lemon cake and marble rum Bundt cake,got cheese varieties,dill and anchovies butter and good IPA varieties.
Tonight savory pancakes with a tomato/onion salad and Löwenbräu.
