Bought some chicken thighs on sale for 89lb
Will take a packet of dry stuffing mix ( on sale for 1.00$
Put that in the food processor … makes for a tasty breading
Will bread the thighs .. I guess I could dunk in egg wash then bread

Then go work it off in the basement
With some lemon ginger water

Easy dinner of leftover chicken enchilada soup and salad. Now I am having my dessert of Narragansett Lager while I watch my Red Sox take on The Yankees. GO SOX!
