Tacos and refried beans here. I did make my own taco seasoning this time, so there was a little effort involved.

Beef, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, ripe olives, onion, cilantro...not too shabby.

Picking up Applebees Soon. I am having the double crunch shrimp with fries and Slaw. Hubby is having their Prime rib cheese steak with fries. We are sharing an order of Soft pretzel sticks with Beer cheese.

Out doing some shopping. Stopped at Subway in Walmart. DH and I split a Baja steak and cheese, chips and lemonade. it was pretty good.

We had Orange Roughy tonight. Coated in bread crumbs, garlic, lemon zest, parmesan. Baked in the oven. Served with rice and a Cucumber Salad. Had that with a nice Rose wine while eating outside enjoying the sunset here in Florida.

Tonight's meal included the last of our eggplants for the year. A bit melancholy for an Italian gardener. But none the less, it was a very enjoyable meal! We had oven roasted baby eggplant served over aglio e' olio, a mixed salad with balsamic vinaigrette and a couple glasses of cabernet. And if my sniffer is working I believe a couple peanut butter cookies for dessert!
