What’s for Dinner

Last night we had chicken pasta primavera, with a salad, and garlic knots.

Tonight is the Shrimp Pasta we like, basically fresh tomatoes and cream, but I’m throwing in some frozen mussels instead of shrimp. Salad.

Last night I made the london broil in a slow cooker I learned from KareninNH a few years back. Served that with rice pilaf and roasted grape tomatoes.

Dinner will be chicken quinoa bowls.
