Made a big crock pot of Hungarian goulash for the freezer. Grandfather's ratio of 1:1 meat/onions, Hungarian paprika, garlic, a couple of jalapeños and caraway.

How does homemade pizza sound?

Tonight is 5 cheese ravioli (store bought from Central Market) in pesto sauce (homemade), a big salad, garlic bread and some leftover broccoli and cauliflower for good measure!

A seafood boiled dinner, truffle butter baguette, small glass of Moscato, and a few sips from my lemon flavored iced tea.

Dessert: 1 peanut butter cookie.

Leftovers.

I had my leftover Veal Piccata with Fettuccine from our favorite Italian restaurant from last night. There was also some Italian Sausage pasta that hubby had most of and I had some too. With a Caesar Salad. There was also a tiny bit of roasted butternut squash. A bit of a hodge podge but it was yummy, and nice to clear the fridge of a few things.
