Last night we had soy glazed salmon, ginger rice, roasted carrots and Debsi's raw veggie salad.

We have lovely chilly weather with more than 40 cm of snow.
Tonight Kaiserschmarrn with rum soaked raisins served with homemade unsweetened Macintosh apple sauce and a glass of milk.Later by the fireplace Glühwein and blue cheese with Pumpernickel while playing a few rounds of Canasta or Rummy.
And that makes me think of nmnita who loved playing bridge.....

Couple pieces of brownie bites.

I’m cooking some chicken thighs on convection roast in the oven, heating up some leftover veggies and cooking fried okra in a deep fryer I scored for free in my Buy Nothing group.

I miss her.

I had oral surgery, hurts like ****, so drove through a fast food place I swore I would never-ever go to again & had a large chocolate shake. Spouse had a sundae. Nearly $8 for that. Not many choices here. It is what it is. That's dinner!
