After dinner we have to evict a pair of tenants, our Grackle pair found a new home in our outside dryer vent.We will have to replace the dryer vent cover and the unlucky pair will have to search for a new home to stay warm....
Hoping for Steak, Baked Potato and Corn on the cob - what I wanted last night but DH didn't feel well. He did pick up the corn on his way home, but I took 2pt soup out of the freezer and made that instead. Hoping that he feels better tonight - so the steak will be on the table.
Another mixed vegetable stir-fry over glass noodles. Today is mushroom, broccoli, snow peas, carrot, green beans, slivered almonds, ginger, and garlic with soy sauce and sesame oil for flavor. I drain the noodles and toss it all together with rice vinegar to the proper tangibles.
