We were invited over to some friends for "light bites" yesterday so my only Irish tribute was a Guinesss beer and a decadent no bake cheesecake made with Bailey's that I contributed.
Tonight will be back to basics - a filet mignon in the sous vide and finished on the grill and creamed spinach. DH might opt for a small red potato on the side.
