Tonight, leftover deep-dish pizza from Sunday night ...

Um, that's DiGiorno. Probably my favorite frozen pizza!

The Dill Pickle salad is the only way I eat kale, normally. It's a chopped salad, which is why I like to add some of my favorite "softer" greens such as baby spinach or butter lettuce, torn larger. The brand is Taylor Farms, and I only find it some of my Costco trips.

I like them all, but I'd have to go Greek!

I had a different and fancy meal planned, but today my new monster Cuisinart digital air fryer arrived, and with it, a desire to make onion rings, french fries, and chik'n nuggets. Ketchup, honey mustard, and some warmed bbq sauce.

I will also make some plain steamed broccoli with just a leetle butter and a squeeze of lemon to ensure proper digestion.
