Tempura artichoke hearts
Special homemade banana cream pie was fabulous, spouse made whipped cream for it too.

Our favorite one is this quick German recipe!

500 gram blueberries
optional sugar for sprinkling over the berries
200 gram butter
6 tbsp. of sugar
pinch of salt
250 gram flour
a bit of butter for the springform

Mix butter, salt and flour til it is crumbly.Smear a bit of butter in the springform, and use half of the crumble dough and spread it evenly. Add blueberries and cover with rest of dough. Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes until dough is golden brown.
