I made 3 things now, I just finished preparing them.
- Almond bread with herbs and lots of seeds. It's in the oven, still baking.
- Sardines spread. With avocado (Paleo) mayo, green onions, fresh parsley (organic) from my garden and salt. I buy sardines in water, not oil.
- Egg salad, from 8 eggs, avocado mayo, Dijon mustard (has no sugar in it), fresh parsley, salt, green onions.
I made some fresh guacamole this morning, so we can eat some of it too. Lots of options today. We'll have plenty for tomorrow too.
Quick but good - zoodles stopped with store bought pesto sauce and roasted grape tomatoes.
Left over slice of strawberry short cake.
