Dinner was meh. I had some Kielbasa that I cooked in the cast Iron pan and leftover spaghetti with butter and some Romano cheese sprinkled on top. Although I like both I was not inspired to cook anything plus I did not take anything out of the freezer.
Dinner was a broccoli-garbanzo bean curry with carrots, sweet potato, onion, garlic, fresh ginger, Kashmir chili, spinach and coconut milk. Served with a millet, sorghum, amaranth and wheat pilaf. Also warm naan and an ice cold Spaten lager.
