We are having a summery dinner tonight. I’m baking some bacon crispy, boiling some fresh corn on the cob to be slathered with salted butter, sliced a tomato (not homegrown - YET), and made a fruit salad of strawberries, pineapple, little coconut chunks, fresh spearmint and a squeeze of lime.
Pasta salad but...it was the best one I've ever eaten or made. Chicken, garden grown snow peas, carrots, asparagus, grilled corn, ****ake mushrooms and Greek yogurt dressing. Bowtie pasta.
