Last night was whole chicken, baked potato with gravy and green beans from the garden.
We both are recovering from Omicron even though between us we have gotten 7 vax shots and it felt so healthy and delicious to eat this.

Tonight's dinner used last night's cooked chicken in red sauce with sauteed mushrooms on angel hair pasta and for future made chicken broth with chicken carcasses (carcassi?) from freezer. The chicken in sauce was better than the previous chicken dinner, moist and less tough.

Omicron sucks and can't wait to feel better. Thinking about wearing mask in stores for future so not to get another hit, my younger sibling and his wife have had two catches of Covid...so far.

Some defrosted Cincinnati chili, brown rice and a sauteed zucchini from the garden. Herbal tea and chocolate covered dried cranberries for dessert.
