Grilled Imp burgers, with chopped onions, and wild mushrooms. Crispy oven-roasted mashed potatoes with herbs and garlic, Baby kale salad, with fennel and honey crisp apple matchsticks, and maple Dijon dressing.

Indian cuisine tonight; Lamb Vindaloo with vegetables over basmati rice and garlic naan and it was very good❗️

Sounds so good. I really want to like lamb. I had it once and it ruined it for me.

There is nothing wrong with delicious lamb meat. Just bad cooks that ruin the meals.

Tonight was at Pappadeaux (taking advantage of a gift card ), and I sat down to some fried calamari (spicy marinara and lemon aioli), broiled shrimp brochette (wrapped with bacon and stuffed with jalapeno), sauteed spinach, dirty rice, warm French bread with whipped butter, and iced tea.
