DH and I had to go into the shop today for epidurals, so I had pea soup going in the slow cooker all day. It smells awesome.

Biscuits with it.

Dinner turned out to be beef ravioli with butter, pepper and malt vinegar, iced tea.

A few bites from the cookies and cream slice of pie DH put on his plate.

Seared Pork Chops with apples. Sliced tomatoes with everything bagel topping - it's soooo good.

Tonight we are having fried pork chops; diced sweet potato, apple and pecan casserole; sugar snap peas; and pumpkin cheesecake tarts.

I made some chicken/apple sausage on a bed of roasted sweet potatoes. It was pretty good.

The ribs slow cooking in the sauce the whole time do break down somewhat but that's just fine. They're so tender.

We'll have it with Spaghetti, Garlic Bread and a Caesar Salad. And a nice glass or two of Cabernet Sauvignon.

I can almost smell your delicious sauce cooking! What a tasty dinner.

Beautiful day and evening here (except for the minute pirate bugs! Google them) so decided to cook dinner on the grill. We had Impossible Oklahoma onion cheeseburgers, air-dried sweet potato tater tots and grilled sweet corn. Wonderful! No pics these tiny bugs bite like hornets!
