I've got a big pot of red pasta sauce on the stove, slowly simmering for the next few hours. The house is filled with the wonderful aroma. I don't use ground beef in it anymore like I used to. Only country style pork ribs and hot Italian sausage. I brown them all first. I take the sausage out after a few hours because I don't want them to break up. The ribs slow cooking in the sauce the whole time do break down somewhat but that's just fine. They're so tender.
We'll have it with Spaghetti, Garlic Bread and a Caesar Salad. And a nice glass or two of Cabernet Sauvignon.
I can almost smell your delicious sauce cooking! What a tasty dinner.
Beautiful day and evening here (except for the minute pirate bugs! Google them) so decided to cook dinner on the grill. We had Impossible Oklahoma onion cheeseburgers, air-dried sweet potato tater tots and grilled sweet corn. Wonderful! No pics these tiny bugs bite like hornets!
