Tonight thin crust vegetarian pizza with goat cheese, roasted red pepper, zucchini and fresh basil.To drink a glass of local British Columbia white or red wine.For dessert chocolate and hazelnut tart, poached pear with vanilla cream served with a cup of black coffee.

Alm, it's good to have you back ... and your pizza sounds wonderful!

I had a couple of chicken wings with Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce plus some corn. Oh, a salad first, but it was just the usual lettuce/carrots/onions/tomatoes and avocado. Meant to have MORE avocado with the chicken wings but I forgot.

Going to make a pita bread "pizza" with barbecued pulled pork, sharp cheddar, pickled jalapenos and on top put a chopped salad with lots of avocado. I am sort of recreating a pizza I had at California Pizza Kitchen that I really loved. I have a nice ripe nectarine for desert.

We are doing Indian takeout tonight. I ordered vegetable samosas, paneer biryani, spicy shrimp coconut curry and a kabob.
