We have all been sick with colds, sinusitis. So, on Sunday, made chicken & dumplings. Gone thru those,so today it was a pot of vegetable soup.

Tonight was comfort food for me, as for Mrs B, she's not a big fan of polenta. We had fresh thyme polenta with roasted oyster and crimini mushrooms. A salad and a couple glasses of pinot. A childhood favorite!
