Doesn't this thread have some of the best dinner ideas? I always get hungry just reading what everyone else is making.

"NewToMe" rescue dog has special dietary needs. I whipped him up some long grain rice, spinach, pork loin and sweet potatoes. Everything looked so good, I stole some for myself!

I still have so many Ohio sweet onions from my trip to the Farmers Market so I decided to make a few savory onion pies. This one is Onion Cheddar and it was delicious. Served it with sautéed cabbage with dill weed and apple walnut and grape Waldorf Salad.

We hosted a family party a couple of months ago for my parents anniversary. We had a local BBQ place deliver the food. It was very good! There were a couple of pounds of leftover pork and brisket that I packaged for the two of us and froze. I defrosted a package of the pork today for BBQ pork sandwiches. Also had one of the last garden cukes, some tomatoes, and hubby had some Stouffer's Mac and Cheese.
