Tonight for dinner a 10 variety of Christmas cookies and a glass of milk! Oh wait I mixed up the dinner with the dessert
I made a chickpeas soup served with chapatis.To drink lassi.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit and THEN by the fireplace Christmas cookie sampling!

Fish and what ever vegetables we find lurking in the freezer that need to be used.

Finishing off the pork loin, with more medallions, marinated in a basque marinade. Mashed parsnips & carrots, spinach & steamed baby potato.

Dinner at friend's house, they are doing a prime rib roast (I think) and made some potato salad, not sure what else.

Steak pizzaiola with pasta and a fresh green salad. For dessert I had a small tangerine and finished off the last serving of chocolate marshmallow ice cream

Chicken and zucchini in a tikka masala sauce served over rice.

Late lunch at a neighborhood Mexican restaurant. The special on Thursday is carne guisada and the meat was so tender and flavorful.

A Roasted Chicken, air fried mushrooms and vegetable dumplings. We will use the remaining chicken and bones for chicken soup❗️

Going out to the clubhouse for dinner. The only thing I know I'm having is nog with whiskey for dessert.

Simple pan-fried chicken breast with lemon, garlic and white wine. Served with Spaghetti Aglio i Olio. Lots of garlic with tonight's dinner!
