We made use of some more of the leftover bird tonight by concocting a what I don't know. The boss made an Italian bread crumb dressing with some dissected turkey & green peas from frozen. Next time at my suggestion she will not forget the diced onion and celery for a better mask of the turkey. Add a whole slice Roma tomato and a large portion of whole berry cranberry sauce and I'm stuffed like turkey. Now I'm sipping iced peach tea.
