After shopping, figured we'd try those new burritos at Taco Bell - To Go, of course. DH had the spicy one and I had the non-spicy one. DH liked his but I wasn't as all crazy with mine. I'm sticking with my usual 5 layer next time. I got a med Baja Blast Mt Dew. DH is drinking his beer. It was fun to try it though.

I'm having smothered turkey wings, potato salad, and fried rice.

Turkey wings are in the oven. Potato salad is in the refrigerator cooling. The fried rice will be leftovers from dinner.

Will post a picture when all done.

Asian-style meatball wraps served with flour tortillas, raw shredded cabbage lightly dressed with rice vinegar and sugar, , and choice of spicy mustard, hoisin sauce, and plum sauce.

Three ingredient pumpkin cake for dessert, decorated with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.

Lobster bisque, sautéed shrimp, Lebanese rice and streamed broccoli. I'm stuffed! I had 2 small lobster tails - not enough for a real meal so i thought I'd make the bisque which ended up being very rich. I think we could have done with just a salad and the bisque. My eyes are bigger than my stomach as my mom used to say!

As promised. Looks messy, but it was delicious . . . I knew they were going to be good, but I surprised myself at just how good they were

I should have enough leftovers to last me a few days so I'm happy.
